- US Q4CY22 GDP growth rate stood at 2.6% as compared to 3.2% in the previous quarter.
- The US price index for personal consumption expenditures rose by 3.7% in Q4CY 2022, easing from a 4.3% increase in the previous period.

- Indian rupee appreciated to 82.18 from 82.48 on a weekly basis on the eve of RBI MPC meeting. It is expected that policy repo rate will be hiked by 25 bps in forthcoming policy meeting.
