A portfolio consists of bond and ReIT stock
In the view of rapid urbanization driven by commercial requirements, ReITs are expected to play a very significant role going ahead. The encouraging commercial REIT trend in India could pave the way for the expansion into other property segments. A portfolio which consists a ReIT stock and 3-year or 1.5-year bond provides a better opportunity for investors.
