Sonata Finance Private Limited Credit Analysis
Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has entered into share purchase agreements with the current shareholders of Sonata Finance Private Limited. The Transaction is subject to requisite approvals, including that of the Reserve Bank of India. Post approval of the RBI, Sonata Finance would be a subsidiary of Kotak Mahindra Bank.
